Delete your Onevia account
Deleting your account permanently removes your personal information from Onevia. This cannot be undone.
Deleted immediately
- Your name, phone number and email
- Your profile and sign-in access
- Saved favourites and preferences
- App sessions on all devices
Retained (anonymized)
- Booking and payment records — required for financial and legal bookkeeping
- Published reviews (shown without your identity)
Verify it's your account
Enter the email or phone number on your account — we'll send a verification code.
Partner accounts (owners, managers, agents) are closed by our support team — email support@onevia.co.tz.
You can also request deletion from inside the Onevia app: Profile → Delete account.
