Request permanent deletion of your Onevia account and associated personal data.

Important: This action is permanent. Once your deletion request is confirmed and processed, your account access may be removed and some associated data may no longer be recoverable.

What happens when you delete your account?

When you request account deletion, Onevia will permanently delete or anonymize your account information and personal data, except where retention is required for legal, tax, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, or other legitimate compliance purposes.

This may include your profile details, booking history linked to your identity, saved preferences, and other account-related records, subject to applicable law and operational obligations.
