No, you can book as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track bookings, manage preferences, and receive special offers.

4. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money, Visa/MasterCard, and bank transfers depending on your location and the property’s settings.

5. Can I cancel or modify my booking?

Yes, cancellation and modification options depend on the property's policies. You’ll see the applicable terms during booking. Some bookings are refundable, others may not be.

You can sign up as a partner by visiting partners.onevia.co.tz and submitting your hotel details. Our team will review and onboard your property.

11. Can I book for someone else?

Yes, just enter the guest’s name and contact information during the booking process. Ensure the person has all the booking details when checking in.

12. Does Onevia charge booking fees?

No hidden fees. The price you see is the price you pay unless stated otherwise. Any taxes or additional charges by the property will be clearly mentioned.
