Quite and clean Could improve: The service. The receptionist kept promising to attend to our complaints but did nothing. I was maybe unlucky the heater was not working, WiFi problem and some lights not working

A safe and comfortable setting with beautiful garden that surrounds hotel. A good view of Mount Meru when clear of clouds. Lots of local bird life in trees and bushes. Could improve: Guests partying on holiday weekend were very loud into the wee hours of the morning. However staff were extremely helpful.
