On pictures looks great and what we only liked was that. Could improve: Mattrasses are horrible. I had a pain in my back all my holiday. In the smaller room the bed is just for 1 person. It is very small for 2. Cleaning was done very poorly every time they came. Hot water finishes after one bath and there is no separation glass between shower and toilet so the water goes all over the bathroom. Water gets stuck when taking shower. The living room was not comfy to watch television, pillows are too close to sit and watch and the 2 sofas are very damaged/used when you sit. It is kind of sitting in a hole. For sure not value for the money we payed. Again great on pictures, experience was very poor.

Our family stayed at this beautiful villa for over three weeks, truly making it our home away from home. It looks exactly like the photos — a new, stylish, and comfortable villa. The location is excellent: about a 5-minute walk to Paje Beach, around 6 minutes to the nearest supermarket, and 10–15 minutes to Paje Square. Nina, our host, was everything you could ask for — gracious, kind, quick to respond, full of helpful tips, and very easy to communicate with. She made it simple to coordinate day-to-day things like pool cleaning and villa maintenance. Having such a wonderful host made a real difference in our stay. We had a wonderful time at Abode Villa and would highly recommend it. Could improve: The kitchen isn’t fully equipped for everyday cooking, but Nina was very helpful and quickly provided extra utensils and equipment we needed. With a bit of improvisation, we still enjoyed cooking our meals there — it even added to the fun of the experience.

Location was great, close to Paje town and Maalum cave. The property was spacious and modern. TV, air con and cooking facilities all worked well. We felt secure in the property and there was a back up generator that was effective when the power cut out. Could improve: Unfortunately the property wasn't very clean. We anticipated some issues due to it being a tropical location, however this is the only property we experienced breathing issues in. Just a few things that lacked attention to detail; there was no water provided, shower head was mostly unusable, curtains didn't function properly and internal sliding door didn't work.
