Great Location next to the beach and restaurants. Room was clean and AC worked well. Bed was comfy. Had a good mosquito free sleep. It was also rather quiet. Could improve: The staff seemed unable to do anything without the manager present, such as check out. Also, everything took a really long time (breakfast/check in/check out).

Nothing at all. We spent most of our time at other hotels and a restaurant run by another hotel. Could improve: Nothing. The room was small with no air conditioning. The bathroom was also small with the shower located between the toilet and sink. Not to the standard that we were expecting or as advertised and we were very disappointed.

Close to the beach Could improve: Power outages are frequent and the generator is not good, so we spent our entire night in a hot room with no plumbing and no electricity. There was no toilet seat on the toilet. This was not fixed after we complained about it. Booking says there is a private beach, but it is hardly private as it is right next to public access and there will be hundreds of screaming children around you. It is actually 100 feet from the beach so it’s more like a roped off sandbox in view of the beach . Breakfast is lame and employees don’t seem to understand English and keep giving you the wrong thing. No spread or butter for toast and pancakes, everything was cold and dry. We checked out after the first night, this was exhausting and miserable!

Decent location Could improve: No running water for 2 days in a row No power backup ( generator moved to different property and inverter not functional ) Staff started getting aggressive when pushed on complete lack of water
