Aya Beach Resort

Super nice rooms, comfortable beds, outdoor bathrooms with a nice shower. Lovely garden and outdoor space. The food and drinks were very good. The staff is friendly, quiet and always has a smile. Quite and lovely place, which gives you time to charge. This is a place I definitely want to go back to.

We had a fabulous stay at Aya Beach Resort. From the first welcome to our last day, everyone went out of their way to look after us. The resort is beautifully maintained, and designed so it feels like a peaceful tropical paradise, all facing the sea. We loved the facilities: restaurant, bar, pool, gym, yoga, volleyball etc and there were always plenty of sun loungers and sunbeds. We also loved being able to swim in the sea towards high tide and then walk on the beach at low tide, with steps down directly from the bar. We highly recommend staying here, a perfect getaway in Zanzibar. Could improve: Nothing.

Wir waren zu viert im Aya Beach Resort in Kizimkasi und hatten zwei wunderschöne Deluxe Villas mit Meerblick – einfach traumhaft! Schon beim Aufwachen den Blick auf den Indischen Ozean zu genießen, war etwas ganz Besonderes. Das Resort versprüht pures Sansibar- Feeling. Alles ist mit unglaublich viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet und schafft eine entspannte, authentische Atmosphäre. Besonders gefallen hat uns das Barfuß-Feeling – Schuhe braucht man hier eigentlich kaum. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an wie im Paradies. Das Essen war für uns eines der absoluten Highlights. Neben der abwechslungsreichen Speisekarte gab es jeden Tag wechselnde Specials, die hervorragend zubereitet waren. Egal ob frischer Fisch, lokale Spezialitäten oder internationale Gerichte – alles war von bester Qualität und mit viel Leidenschaft gekocht. Auch das gesamte Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, herzlich und aufmerksam. Man wird immer mit einem Lächeln begrüßt und fühlt sich rundum willkommen. Ein weiteres Highlight ist das Outdoor-Gym mit seiner besonderen Atmosphäre. Außerdem konnten wir tolle Ausflüge direkt mit den lokalen Fischern buchen – authentischer kann man Sansibar kaum erleben. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist hervorragend. Für einen tollen Preis wurde uns unglaublich viel geboten. Wer einen entspannten, authentischen und wunderschönen Urlaub auf Sansibar verbringen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Aya Beach Resort uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für diesen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt! Could improve: -

Superplek, malediven vibe op zanzibar. Duikschool dichtbij (4 min lopen). Het resort is idylisch, mooie huisjes met buitendouche, heerlijke pina colada's, eten is super! Enige op Zanzibar die begrijpt dat tonijn rauw moet zijn aan de binnenkant. Lasagna ien burger, octopus, alles op de kaart is ook heerlijk. Personeel is lief en zorgzaam. Tienerdochters hebben geniten van buitengym. Verwacht geen professionele aparaten maar creatief met middelen die ze hier hebben. Hou je van die charme, ga dan zeker hier heen! Alles wprdt mooi schoongehouden! Oja, duikschool op 4 min lopen afstand! Could improve: Er zijn wel wat verkopers op het strand, maar ja, iedereen probeert hier wat te verdienen, dat is logisch. Verwaxht buiten resort armoede. Mensen toch vriendelijk. Geen minpunt masr wat je moet weten: draag buiten lange broek en bedek je schouders als je het dorpje in gaat. Op het strand kun je uiteraard wel in bikini. Mooi strand met eb en vlied: soms struinen en hermietkrabvetjes zoeken, sons zwemmeb. Leuke variatie.

We stayed at Aya Beach Resort in Kizimkasi as a group of four and had two beautiful Deluxe Villas with ocean views – it was absolutely breathtaking! Waking up every morning to the stunning views of the Indian Ocean was truly special.The resort perfectly captures the spirit of Zanzibar: every detail has been thoughtfully designed, creating a relaxed, authentic atmosphere. We especially loved the barefoot feeling – you hardly need shoes here. From the very first moment, you feel like you've arrived in paradise. One highlight was the outdoor gym with its unique atmosphere. Another real highlight of our stay was the food: in addition to the varied à la carte menu, there were daily specials that were outstanding. Whether it was fresh seafood, local Zanzibari dishes, or international cuisine, everything was gorgeous and prepared with great care and passion. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly, warm, and attentive. We were always greeted with genuine smiles and made to feel welcome throughout our stay. The opportunity to book fantastic excursions with the local fishermen directly on the beach gave us a truly authentic Zanzibar experience. The value for money is excellent. We received so much for such a reasonable price, making our stay even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a relaxing, authentic, and unforgettable holiday in Zanzibar, Aya Beach Resort is the perfect choice.
