Could improve: Check in was 2pm but room not ready till 4pm. No compensation offered Wifi did not work in bedroom - had to stand outside of room or the landing area Hot water didn’t work on first night. Worked the next morning

Good Location. Could improve: Disappointed with the housekeeping. The bathroom was dirty when I checked in. I requested a cleaning before leaving for lunch, but I returned to find hair still on the walls and floor. The attempt to clean fell way short.
