It was an OK location and value but would not book again Could improve: Staff are poorly trained and very little customer service attitude. Was supposed to be picked up at DAR airport at 4 AM but he did not arrive till 4:45 and then went to gasoline station after that! Got to the appointment reception 5:30 AM so we had been traveling 23 hours and exhausted. Charger 3% fee to use credit card however we asked the night before be gratis since we did not get into the room till after 6 AM. This caused a number of What’s App texts demanding payment. Never got an apology on hour late pick up. Breakfast was included however only found out second day it was prepared at the apartment. Asked for the third day breakfast to be prepared at 8 AM so she shows up at 9 AM saying she had 3 others before us. At check out gave in key and was completely ignored by the receptionist no eye contact and no words.
