Staff Could improve: Food

Could improve: The room was freezing. The electricity stopped three times. There was no hot water. We had to take cold showers in the freezing room.

Nothing really to like. Could improve: It was cold....it gets quite cold at night in tanzania. It wasn't very clean. There was a lot of noise most of the night in the immediate area so we didn't get any sleep.....we had to be up early next morning for our safari. We paid $20 each for dinner which was totally inedible. My other have had beef steak and it could have been used for shoe leather. It was just all awful. The staff did apologise that the food was not good and in the end we had a plate of egg and chips. Now, we both love trying out food from different cultures but i think some of it was growing different cultures. We didn't bother with breakfast next morning. We had a room booked the for the night after our safari before catching our flight back to zanzibar next day....I cancelled the room and we found a nice hotel in arusha. Warm and food was great.

Breakfast preparation was timely, but the cook overcooked the food (eggs and sausages) Could improve: Cleanliness of the bathroom and towels (they looked a bit old)

Location, very close to the airport, the food was excellent, the staff was very helpful, stable internet, convenience store at the property as well
