CAPITAL HILL REST HOUSE

Er komen was een uitdaging. De geregelde taxi kwam niet opdagen. Gelukkig zelf iemand anders kunnen regelen. Eerste kamer lek dak, douche vies, 2e kamer geen warm water, 3e poging nog steeds niet. Ontbijtje eerste nacht 4.droge boterhammen met thee. Niet echt wat we hoopten. 2e ontbijt zou geregeld worden maar helaas niet op tijd dus niet gegeten. Meneer deed zijn best maar het hotel heeft echt een renovatie nodig. Heeft wel potentie.. Om positief te eindigen, de bedden waren goed.

The lovely lady at reception named Winfrida. Could improve: My reservation was to include hot water and AC. In my room there wasn't even the possibility of hot water as no machine to make it hot. As for the AC, it ran at 16c all night, but the room stayed at 24c. It was very uncomfortable. I tried to communicate via booking.com with the manager but I could no reach him. I think I wrote 4 times. This made is very frustrating because I wanted to express that I paid for these amenities and they were not available. That the price should be adjusted and to please grant me, cancelation without penalty. My communications went unanswered. I would never ever stay here again.
