Downtown Dreamspace City - 3 bedrooms

Well, I did not get the chance to stay at the premises, I requested for check in confirmation and she never responded to me until I was in the country and called the number the day before check in and They cancelled on me I had to look for accommodation last minute. She took her time paying me back my refund and even when she did she refused to pay me the full amount when she inconvenienced me. Really horrible experience at this place and very stressful when I booked my accommodation months ahead. Could improve: The service I was given, she could have alerted me ahead of time that the premises would not host me instead she waited last minute and I was the one who called. Very inconsiderate.

The bedroom Could improve: I had a very disappointing experience with this apartment. On the day of check-in, the host Miss Lulu completely failed to respond to my messages or calls. I was left stranded with no access to the property and had to urgently book another hotel last minute, which was extremely stressful and expensive. Despite this, the host Lulu refused to issue a refund, which I find completely unacceptable. This situation was handled with zero professionalism or care. It was frustrating and deeply unfair. I’ve used Booking.com many times and never had an experience like this. I would not recommend this listing to anyone. Be very cautious when booking. No hot water and it’s full of salt 🙄

Horrible. We needed up looking for another accommodation. Poor roads, dirty. Rooms Smelled marijuana. Host didn’t respond to our issues. The address provided was not right, by the time she responded we had already arrived at the address and she provided another one which took 35mins to get to! Poor service. Could improve: Nothing. All I want is my refund.

All the rooms are air-conditioned. Perfect for family, value for money.. Beds are very comfortable with clean linen. We had a warm welcome from the staff. Proximity perfect for airport and seaport. Very secure and private. Good communication 👌 and they even assisted us get transport to our next stop.
