There was no electricity for the whole day , they gave us hot water to shower in a basket, no heating the room was super cold . We got lot of bags ,heavy as well and no lift because electricity was off. We had to pull the bags down on stairs and we were on 5th floor . It wasn't easy for us. And one of the receptionist she was so grumpy. Other staffs were cool and ok. The pool is cold water not warmed. Could improve: I did like the cleaness, but I hate the freeezy room.

Jag har inga höga krav så det får bli vad det blir.. men helt okej personal.. Could improve: Daterad, söndrig toalettsits och badrum. Enformig frukost..
