The lady owner was nice. The location was close to the airport. Could improve: We arrived and they told us to wait 10min because there were looking for a better room for us. We waited 45min and came back 2 times to ask them how it was going. After fighting a bit, we arrived in our room which was a complete disaster. There were not looking for a better room, they just forget us and then get us an ordinary room. Very old stuff, not renovated. The linen had marks, it seemed dirty. There were hairs. We took a closer look at the mattress and fortunately there were no bedbugs but seeing the hotel we were doubting about it. There were cockroaches. I do not recommend this place.

It's on a relatively unbusy wide street. The bed was comfortable. The window could be opened and had mosquito proofing too. The AC worked well. There was a fridge in the room, and a kettle, also a sofa. The restaurant on the roof was a bit surprised to have visitors but made us delicious Indian food (maybe everyone gets room service?). The lift and it's music are fun. Could improve: We have laundry for washing to 1 of the receptionists and asked about it later and were told it would be back the next day. When we asked the next day, the same receptionist didn't know what we were talking about, it then turned out our laundry was still under the desk, dirty. Other receptionists were good and I'm sure we would have got it done with them. Not a reflection on the hotel itself, just a tip on checking.

Oh, I enjoyed my stay in Euro Hotel and apartment. Everyone is so friendly, from the housekeeping, up to the waitress, all the staffs, you know. They have nice food. I enjoyed the food. I enjoyed everything here. Front office, they are so beautiful staffs there as well. So kind. I would love to come back again and again and again. I recommend this hotel. It's very nice, and the environment also is cool, not bad. I enjoyed definitely a lot, from security up to the top. I say thank you to you all. May God bless you.
