Only the room was good Could improve: The staff were very disappointing. The receptionist was unpleasant and difficult to deal with. The restaurant staff rarely smiled, and some of them were talking while there was still food in their mouths, which was very unprofessional. In particular, the young woman who was working in the restaurant on the night I arrived left a very poor impression. It almost felt as though the owner was wealthy enough not to care about service standards, because the staff seemed to behave however they wanted without any accountability. Overall, I was extremely dissatisfied with the staff. They were unhelpful, rude, and did not make me feel welcome at all.

Nothing, they said our booking was not approved. Found it fully booked Could improve: They couldn’t let us in after arriving at the hotel from the airport at 21:00hrs. We were stranded at night in a different country

Everything was okay, though the reception ladies should really improve their attitude. And the coordination of online booking i didnt like it. Could improve: Coordination of the online booking, the lady at the reception is not even aware
