Could improve: I booked this place after my initial booking canceled on us at the very last minute. About 2 hours after booking, I got a message stating there is overbooking. Really???

The apartment is big. All of the bedrooms were a good size. Could improve: One bedroom did not have an air condition unit. The washing machine did not seem to work well

A nice location in a new building; I found it incredibly convenient, and the host was understanding. Could improve: The location was convenient and the host was understanding. However, I was disappointed by some unexpected details. Despite being advertised as a 3-bedroom apartment, charges were based on the number of occupants, but the host understood and only charged me what the app had stated. The lack of basic amenities such as shower gel and sufficient toilet paper was disappointing. Additionally, only one room had air conditioning, which wasn't adequately communicated on the app. This oversight affected the overall comfort of the stay. The requirement for cash-only payments presented an unexpected situation. Although the host mentioned that it was stated on the app, I didn't think it was the only way or a problem based on my past experiences with the platform.
