It's a decent apartment on eight floor. Neatly done. Has a couple of balconies. It's in an old building. Not perfect but good enough. It's in business center of city so very busy area during the day. I found it safe. Owner seems very genuine. Could improve: The only issue to be made aware of, is the owner holding of passport as a security for the apartment. Due to the area. Women may find it intimidating.
