Good location, kind and knowledgeable staff Could improve: Narrow and creaky bed

location is OK - on Paja beach. the service was good and the team did all they can to help and attend to any issue we had. Rooms where Very basic , but OK , including AirCon, small coffee stand and a Safe. The beach is very beautiful Could improve: Location - a bit far form Paja center ( where all the restaurants located. ) Rooms are very basic , not to big , and far from the main "building." Although The beach is very beautiful, during the day at low tide - cannot go in the water. AirCon did not work well at all - did not cool the room. Very poor breakfast, and the restaurant ( Dinner ) - not too good as well

I like how the houses have a direct sea view. The staff are also very friendly, especially Cyrus. Could improve: 1. Customer care at the reception desk is not 24/7. I needed sth late at night and I couldn’t find anyone apart from the watchman. 2. The bathroom didn’t have the small soaps, conditioners, showercaps right by the sink, that I experience in most hotels. 3. Hand/face towels were not provided. 4. Having paid for an all inclusive experience, the food options are very limited especially breakfast. 5. The air conditioner didn’t have a remote to control it, so I just had to use the fan. 6. The room doesn’t have a phone to use for room service or inquiries. 7. Finally, would be great to confirm if everything is provided in the room, because I didn’t have tissue in the toilet, and I realized at night, and I couldn’t find anyone at the reception desk to help.

Could improve: We were extremely disappointed with our stay. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the accommodation did not match what was advertised online. During our stay, we had to change rooms three times due to ongoing issues. Basic facilities were simply not up to standard: there was no hot water, the air conditioning was so noisy it was impossible to use at night, and a mosquito net – which was clearly listed as included – was not provided. The bed was of very poor quality and made loud creaking noises, making it difficult to get any proper rest. The sheets were covered in stains. The beach area was poorly maintained and looked nothing like the photos shown online, which we found very misleading. Additionally, there was very limited availability of food and drinks, with many items on the menu not being available. The hotel also lacked any atmosphere, as we appeared to be the only guests staying, which made the experience feel uncomfortable and disappointing. We raised these issues during our stay, but they were not resolved in a satisfactory way. As a result, we decided to leave early after only 3 nights, despite having booked 11 nights. Because of this, we were forced to book another hotel at our own expense in order to salvage our holiday, which resulted in significant additional costs. Do not expect any form of compensation or willingness to resolve issues from the hotel. Overall, this was a very frustrating and disappointing experience, and we would strongly advise others to avoid staying here.
