Hakuna Woga Inn

A great location, close to St Jude's school. A quiet area, clean ..a clothes line. Great breakfast. Could improve: The shower water could have been hotter.

The provider was helpful. Could improve: There's no backup of water supply, or electricity backup. Sometimes in Arusha it is troubling everyone, but troubles didn't last long. Same with internet.

All in all we loved the place. The design of the house and of the outside grounds is beautiful. Just like the photos show. There is also some sitting space on the grass. The windows have a screen, for those who love opening their windows in the night (we felt quite safe doing that). It’s a peaceful place (though some residents would bang the door in the morning…) For the area itself, we didn’t have a problem walking outside, even in the dark. But a sign or something to find the house would have been very helpful. Unfortunately, when showering, the water would flow into the bedroom. We had a lot of water under the bed (it takes time for the water to get warm, therefore a lot of water). The mosquito net was completely wet when lifting it. Maybe adding some extra blockage at the door would help. Also the lights near the bed didn’t really work (but I’m sure it’s fixable).

Facilities are clean and tidy. Could improve: The location is a bit far, and the hot water was actually lukewarm. I forced myself to take a shower and ended up catching a cold the next day.
