Me gustó la zona y el trato agradable y cordial. Está bien situado y la relación calidad precio se ajusta a lo que se paga. Could improve: Tardan mucho en servir la comida después de haberla solicitado. No tienen varios platos del menú por razones varias y modifican los ingredientes de los mismos. No se adecua, a veces, a lo solicitado.

the location is good.. the receptionists were helpful and ready to reply ..using what's app method was great 👍.. a kidz area was good.. the room service was good.. Could improve: the gathering area for breakfast , dinner is only one while I request to go up in another area and manager refused .. no coach to sit at for us Muslims because we don't do tan! .. the breakfast was boring and nothing new with a very old equipments .. no great ideas, it's designed for groups, I guess.. the appearance is important to us as Muslim Arabs coming from GCC.. no tissue at rooms .. no slippers .. no hair comp or toothbrush.. even if the hotel doesn't provide the services it buys selling since our laggeges didn't reach the airport when we landed! garbage baskets need to have plastics for hygiene purposes, especially the one at bathrooms.
