The peaceful and quietness. The friendly staff. Could improve: A bit far from Nungwi swimming beach

1. Tasty breakfast 2. Private kitchen at the house where we stayed Could improve: 1. The owner overcharged us for the stay saying that we have to pay city tax extra $2 per person even though on my booking it clearly states that the final price includes ALL the taxes (INCLUDING city tax). The photo is attached. 2. The stuff member is often to be absent at the work spot. When we needed them, they were nowhere found. 3. Power cut. When we reached the hotel in the evening there was no electricity. We couldn’t charge the phones, use the AC and were suffocating in the room. I tried to find the employee but as mentioned above there was no one at the hotel so we couldn’t ask for help. We were about to change this hotel and find another one when the manager finally showed up. He tried to turn on the generator but they didn’t have petrol. 4. The property does not have 24/7 security or anyone on spot. 5. Confusion with the name of the hotel. They have one name on booking and different name on the gate. The location of the place is different as the name is different (it’s nearby). We could only find the place after calling the stuff member.
