Breakfast was great and set us up for the start of our Trek. We were able to store excess items whilst away which was very useful. Upon our return it was a nice bit of comfort after camping for 9 days !

Lovely little hotel that offers everything you may need in this town. Excellent staff and very comfortable and clean rooms.

The staff in every location were amazing - breakfast, dinner, reception and summit bar locations included. Many staff were helping us learn Swahili and everyone offered us huge smiles with each encounter. Breakfast and Dinner meals were wonderful. Could improve: Nothing

Good location, good food. Cleaning and laundry staff were very helpful and very polite. Food was good Could improve: Nothing overly negative, however only 2 tv channels.
