We eventually had a lovely time at Menai beach bungalows. There were a few issues but Mohammad and his staff were so lovely and helpful that it made the whole experience a lot of fun. The food was great and the staff in the restaurant, bar area we're delightful. Mohammed has just taken the place on and he said he has a plan to improve some of the facilities that need improvement. The sunsets are amazing. It's a really nice quiet place with lovely gardens. A real Zanzibarian treat that needs to be experienced.We went out snorkeling and had a great day and the Jozani rain forest is only a 30 minute drive away. Go and enjoy it and meet a lovely bunch of people.

Very good hotel with amazing sea view. Highly recomended if you like peacefull place to stay.
