New Hotel Aquiline

スタッフ対応は丁寧でした キリマンジャロ空港の送迎も手配(片道70USD) も時間通り お湯もしっかり出て 石鹸　歯磨き　タオルは装備　シャンプー、ヘアドライヤーは無し　お部屋は綺麗に掃除されています 気候は涼しく　エアコンは使いませんでした Could improve: バスターミナルの前なので　街の車の音は大きく うるさいのですが　異国の街並みの散策にはもってこいで楽しめました 耳栓して寝ればまったく問題無し　ぐっすり眠れました

The staff was very helpful, even if I did not have my issues resolved (we had an incomplet door, without window or net, just empty space, for 5 nights). The food from the restaurant was awesome.

Tykkäsimme todella henkilökunnasta, he olivat todella avuliaita ja ystävällisiä. Lähdimme aikaisin aamulla ennen varsinaisen aamupalan alkamista hotellista, niin henkilökunta valmisti pyynnöstä meille aamupalan valmiiksi rasiaan♥️ Could improve: Kadulla kova meteli, mutta tämä taitaa olla keskustassa ihan tavallista 😂

The hotel is in a central location with easy access to shops and restaurants. The hotel is relatively clean, and the staff are friendly. Could improve: The hotel is located right next to the main bus station, so the area is very busy and chaotic. There is constant movement of buses, frequent honking, and a lot of street noise, especially during the day until around 9:00pm.
