The staff is very nice and very eager to help with whatever is necessary. They arranged us a breakfast in a box early on our last day so we could take it for the safari trip. Could improve: Not an issue with the hotel itself but it is very noisy in the area around - not only traffic but also party and clubs at night - and sound isolation is almost non existent. Although a decent enough place to get some rest and good food in Arusha, it is quite expensive for what it is
