Très bon petit déjeuner et dîner, hôtes très sympathiques. À noter qu’ils pratiquent des prix en euro et non pas dollar, ce qui agrandit la note. Could improve: Éviter de passer par le taxi qu’ils mettent à disposition, il vous arnaquera sur le taux de change entre le prix annoncé en dollar et le montant en shillings.

We recommend Polly Lodge because the calm of the place, complete and delicious breakfast and attention. They are lovely and support you with everything. Nice place, clean room and cool space in beautiful beach with private hammocks. Could improve: Everything was perfect

We stayed in Polly lodge for 5 days. Simon and Pollo are very nice hosts. The lodge is very quiet and convenient to access the beach. Simon’s cooking is the best in the island. He makes sure all the food materials are fresh. We really enjoyed the paradise-like environment. The rooms are very clean with air conditioning. I would definitely recommend to all my friends without hesitation. Could improve: nothing

Simone and Paola were welcoming and generous hosts. They are Italian and their English not very fluent so communication at times was difficult. Paula even took me on a walk around the village and is obviously well thought of. The site is very well cared for and pretty. The rooms are spacious with a/c and a fan. Breakfast and dinner, prepared by Simone, are served outside your room. The beautiful nearby beach stretches for miles and it easy to access resorts and restaurants along it. However, be prepared to be pestered by the 'Masai' on the beach! There is a private sunbed area, but it is 50 metres away down an alley. Could improve: The worst thing for me was a strong sewage smell outside my room in the evening while eating dinner! The mattress was too hard for my liking. The facilities list does need editing as some items are not present, notably a mosquito net, fridge and hair drier.
