L’emplacement / le restaurant / le personnels / la propreté / les services Could improve: Pas d’eau chaude ou du moins très très peu, temps d’attente trop longue au restaurant

Very good breakfast and helpful staff. The facilities are well maintained, clean and functional. We stayed there for our Kilimanjaro hike and were allowed to store our luggage for two days while we were away - that was very helpful! Could improve: Shower had limited hot water, literally for less than 1minute, and then you have to wait for 15min for the boiler to warm up the next batch.

Schone kamers. het personeel was echt super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Could improve: Het is niet in het centrum maar we gaan genoeg bajajis langs om toch snel in het centrum te komen.
