Room with a window impossible to open. Always dark. Bathroom…barely acceptable. I am very disappointed. One good word for the staff, Geltrude, Ramona and Aziza, very kind. But the hotel is not un hotel. May be un hostel? Noisy during the night…it’s the first time that I booked with booking.com and for sure the last. Could improve: All. Overall the fake presentation on line.

Receptionist lady, Getrude was very kind and friendly. Although we missed our free breakfast she offered us a packed breakfast to eat later. This was an excellent gesture and the breakfast was wholesome and delicious. Could improve: The place was noisy at night.
