“Very bad.”

🙂 Liked: Room with a window impossible to open. Always dark. Bathroom…barely acceptable. I am very disappointed. One good word for the staff, Geltrude, Ramona and Aziza, very kind. But the hotel is not un hotel. May be un hostel? Noisy during the night…it’s the first time that I booked with booking.com and for sure the last.

😐 Could improve: All. Overall the fake presentation on line.

🙂 Liked: Perfect Location, super clean and amazing staff

😐 Could improve: A little bit noisy during the day

🙂 Liked: Receptionist lady, Getrude was very kind and friendly. Although we missed our free breakfast she offered us a packed breakfast to eat later. This was an excellent gesture and the breakfast was wholesome and delicious.

🙂 Liked: La signora che ci ha accolte gentilissima e molto disponibile: la mattina seguente dovevamo partire alle 6 e ci ha fatto trovare le colazioni da asporto

😐 Could improve: Struttura molto datata, andrebbe rivista un po’ tutta. Nella camera erano più adatti due letti singoli, piuttosto che un matrimoniale ingombrante col baldacchino. Bagno grande ma completamente da rifare

🙂 Liked: The location is very close to the Port making it very convenient for those travelling by ferry. The location is also literally in Stone Town so it is so conveniently placed.

😐 Could improve: Veldig mye støy fra gatene utenfor. Vanskelig å komme til med taxi. En del uteliggere rundt og utenfor. Badet veldig skittent og gammelt.

🙂 Liked: The double room is very nice, well decorated, spacious. It feels nice and value for money.

😐 Could improve: the twin room felt like a hostel experience 2.0 - very narrow, no window. we didnt anticipate that we'd stay at the room much, so the basic twin setup was ok. but if I had to pick again, I'd book the double!

🙂 Liked: No nonsens hotel. Wifi Okay. De outside door is locked so the hotel feels save. We walked in less than 10 minutes to the ferry terminal.

😐 Could improve: It would be nice when someone can pick guests up from de main street. For our taxidrive the hotel was difficult to find. The accommodation is basic. For the price it could offer more quality.
