We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful resort. It is located on a stunning, secluded beach that feels very private and peaceful. Our villa was exceptionally spacious, comfortable, and tastefully designed, with the added luxury of a private pool and hot tub. The staff were always friendly, professional, and attentive, and the food was excellent throughout our stay. Could improve: The only disappointment was the concierge service. Instead of having an independent concierge, the resort relies on a tour company that seemed more interested in selling its own excursions than helping guests find the best options. Rather than presenting different competitive offers, the attitude was very much “take it or leave it,” with significantly inflated prices. For example, we were quoted $120 for transportation for two people to Baraka Aquarium, which is only about a 15-minute drive away. We arranged the same trip ourselves for $60. This was the only aspect that did not match the otherwise high standard of the resort.
