The hosts were very communicated before and during the stay. They are very welcoming and helpful. The property is also very nice, clean and spacious. Could improve: The main issue was that we didn't have hot water during our entire stay. The hosts promised to call a repairman but he could only come after we had left. Secondly, the location in the name is quite misleading. The property is quite far Mlimani City Mall. Without traffic it was a 15/20 drive. This was disappointing because we booked it assuming it close to Mlimani City Mall.

The experience was horirible not something I expected from the Citizens of Tanzania. I feel robbed of my money. i left the place while I had paid for the entire 10 days. The owner agreed to pay back about 60% of the money, but later dodged paying. Could improve: I did not like anything at all. The online presentation is misleading. The place is totally in a bad neighborhood. The facility itself is not clean and have horrible smell. The road is not clear, i struggled to get there. I did not feel safe and was not sure how I would get to my meeting place. I indicated my displeasure and left the very minute i arrived. Unfortunately, I had already made a payment for 10 days
