SAS Residence

Breakfast was very good. The room was spacious for a couple. The staff were very friendly. Could improve: The hot water in the shower ran out quickly, so I couldn’t wash my hair because it would have gotten cold very fast. The laundry was very expensive and difficult to communicate about. At first, I thought it was 1 USD per bag, but it turned out that each piece of clothing cost 1 USD, which is not normal. I ended up paying almost 25 USD for one bag of clothes. I was shocked and had no choice but to pay. Normally, it should cost around 3 USD per kilogram, not 1 USD per item. I felt a overcharged.

Good location and nice hotel room.

I had a wonderful stay at SAS Residence! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. The hospitality was warm and genuine, creating a truly comfortable atmosphere. One of the highlights of my stay was the food — absolutely delicious Tanzanian cuisine that felt homemade and full of flavor. Breakfast was a real treat, served with three generous dishes, along with fresh juice and a selection of hot drinks to start the day right. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and thoughtfully prepared with all the essentials. I appreciated the attention to detail — everything from toiletries like toothbrushes to other small comforts was provided, making the stay completely hassle-free. SAS Residence truly exceeded my expectations. I would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming place with amazing food and excellent service.

Located in a nice neighbourhood, good restaurants nearby. Friendly staff, good facilities, strong wifi, clean, comfy bed. Good breakfast. Would recommend.
