The Spa was great, beach was amazing, location of the hotel was very good, value for all inclusive was worth it, restaurants were mostly good, rooms were nice, the great majority of the people working there are amazingly kind, fun, attentive and funny. Could improve: Wifi was awful (basically unusable most times); the bed was the absolute worst in terms of comfort (it was completely stiff and gave me back pain); it’s one of the few hotels that doesn’t have a shuttle included in the price and if you want it it costs €70; electricity goes off 6-10 times per day in the entire hotel (during dinner, shows, drinks, in the room, middle of the night, everything); activities planned by the activity team are okay, some are great and some are awful - no in between; the bar closes super early (at 18:00) but they even stop the music and doing drinks at 17:45.

The property was clean, customer service was great but need more English speakers, at times it gets hard to communicate clearly. Could improve: Pool closes at 6:00pm that’s very early and needs more entertainment for guests at the resort. Needs room service options for guests that don’t want to go to the buffet for meals.
