The staff was very polite and competent, they were able to accommodate my request. The room was pleasant and spacious, with an amazing view, the breakfast was lovely. Could improve: The internet was a bit slow and unstable times. I was traveling for business, so this was an issue. My room was connecting room, so I could hear every move of my neighbor, and it was a bit noisy.
