Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and really enjoyed our time at the hotel. The staff were welcoming and attentive, with a special mention to the breakfast team, especially Joy and Joshua, who were absolutely amazing — always friendly, helpful, and genuinely attentive to guests. There are just a few things that could be improved. We thought it was a shame that the bar area closed quite early, as there wasn’t much happening at the hotel in the evening. It would be great to have longer opening hours or a little more evening entertainment so guests can enjoy the common areas after dinner. We also had an issue regarding the tax. On Booking.com, the tax was shown as included in the price we had already paid, but we were still asked to pay it again at the hotel. It’s not really about having to pay the amount itself, but rather the lack of transparency. When a tax is clearly indicated as included in the price on Booking.com, we naturally expect there to be no additional charge upon arrival. Clearer communication about this would help avoid this kind of unpleasant surprise. Apart from these points, we really enjoyed our stay and greatly appreciated the excellent service from the staff. La ubicación es espectacular todas las instalaciones son increíbles la verdad sale muy rentable Could improve: La comida la verdad creo que la tiene que mejorar porque aparte de que es muy caro para la calidad que es algunas cosas estaban buenas pero otras abría que mejorarlas bastante para el precio que ponen pero bueno también hay que contar que estás a piel de playa
