Nothing Could improve: The address listed on booking.com is incorrect. It is over half an hour away from the actual location. After having finally reached who I am assuming is the owner, we got the right address and arrived. Our transportation costs were more than double the price and our safety was japordized. The owner however told us that that was none of his concern. When we arrived, there was no wifi. Eventhough the booking states access to free wifi. We decided that we could rely on our data and let it slide. However, it then turns out that the TV was not working. Additionally, there turns out to be no toilet or toilet paper so we had to squat to use the restroom. The staff at the property was no help and barely spoke Englisgh so we had to call who I assume to be the owner for every single issue and there were a lot of issues. We then go to reception to pay and are informed that they do not have a machine for cards. As stated on booking.com, the property does not take cash so we asked how we were expected to pay. The owner then told us that we had to go to an ATM and pay cash regardless of what is stated under the booking. After a lot of going back and forth, him threatening to call the police, and him instructing his assistent to lock the doors so we could not leave, we packed our stuff and left. We had to drag our suitcaes through the mud for about 3 kilometers since ubers would only pick us up there because the property was in a location that is not easily accessible. I could go on and one about how much there was wrong, but the point is that the services promised were not provided nor was there an option to pay. This property should not be allowed to host anyone!
