Everything…from the location to the facilities. Could improve: If you stayed close to reception it was quite a walk to the restaurants.

Beautiful hotel with an infinity pool and garden pool! The food was exceptional and staff all very friendly - an almost faultless stay! The dive centre were very reliable and helpful too. Could improve: Would benefit from having an adults only pool in a separate area and a private section of the beach as there were lots of people selling on the beach which was a bit disruptive.

Absolument tout est parfait : la situation sur une magnifique plage de sable blanc, les services et équipements, la qualité et la diversité des mets, des restaurants, et surtout la gentillesse et le service de tout le staff. Il y a une cordialité, une politesse, un chaleur et un à-propos dingue dans cet établissement. Tous les collaborateurs, que ce soient les jardiniers, l’équipe du service d’étage, les serveurs, les cuisiniers, les superviseurs, les intendants, la réception, les plagistes, tous sans exception y vont de leur « jambo » et « Hakuna Matata » avec chaque hôte. L’accueil et l’expérience en général sont tout-à-fait hors normes. Une mention toute spéciale pour la cuisine et sa variété incroyable avec des produits luxueux cuisinés subtilement. Un régal. Nous avons passé un séjour absolument exceptionnel ! 🌴✨ Tout était parfait, du début à la fin : l’hôtel est magnifique, parfaitement entretenu, le cadre est paradisiaque et surtout, le personnel est d’une gentillesse incroyable. Nous avons été accueillies et accompagnées avec le sourire tout au long de notre séjour, et cela a vraiment fait la différence. Un immense merci aux serveuses de la piscine ainsi qu’à toute l’équipe du bar Eclipse pour leur disponibilité, leur bonne humeur et leur attention au quotidien. Toujours souriants et aux petits soins, vous avez largement contribué à rendre nos journées encore plus agréables. 🥰 Nous repartons avec un pincement au cœur de devoir les quittées 🥹 Un petit clin d’œil à Ramadhan, qui préparait nos transats chaque matin avec beaucoup de soin et d’attention. Quel plaisir de commencer chaque journée de cette façon ! Merci pour ta gentillesse et toutes ces petites attentions qui comptent énormément. ☀️ Nous souhaitons également remercier chaleureusement toute l’équipe du TGI Diving Center. Une équipe professionnelle, rassurante, sympathique et passionnée, avec qui nous avons passé de superbes moments et découvert les magnifiques fonds marins de Zanzibar. 🐠🌊 Nous repartons avec énormément de beaux souvenirs et l’envie de revenir. Cet hôtel mérite vraiment toutes ses étoiles, autant pour la beauté du lieu que pour la qualité du service et surtout pour les personnes qui y travaillent.
