Could improve: Unfortunately, my stay at Tiffany Diamond Hotels Ltd – Indira Gandhi Street was disappointing. The building and rooms are quite old and appear to require significant maintenance and refurbishment. The overall condition of the property did not meet my expectations, and I was not satisfied with the facilities or the experience. I hope the management will invest in upgrading the hotel to improve guest comfort and satisfaction.

Excellent and professional staff. Consolata went out of her way to provide all required information and assistance! The room facilities are very good, I booked a triple room and it had so much space and ambient lighting. The rooms were very clean Could improve: Breakfast was not included in the room rates, you had to buy breakfast separately everyday. The notice in the rooms for fumigation and hygiene should be in both English and Swahili (it was only in English).
