Emmanuela went above and beyond to make our stay great. We ordered lots of food from the restaurant and she was able to accommodate very well. The hotel is a little hard to find but otherwise everything was amazing.

The house is exactly what's in pictures, the cleaners had good customer service and the house was clean Could improve: Kindly add a water dispenser it would come in handy

Das Haus ist in einem wunderbarem Grundriss über 2 Ebenen gebaut, mit viel Holz ausgestattet, praktisch und wirklich hübsch designed. Von der Terrasse hat meine eine tolle Aussicht Richtung Berge oder Banananwald, man kann den Abend dort gut genießen oder auch sein Dinner einnehmen. Es war toll, 2 Badezimmer zu haben, sowie eine kleine Küche zum selber kochen. Das Frühstück haben wir im Gartenpavillion eingenommen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr herzlich und ohne lange Wartezeiten. Der direkte Kontakt zur Verwalterin vor Ort war auch sehr freundlich und fürsorglich. Auch die Organisation einer Safarietour war rundum perfekt. In der Nähe gibt es einige Shops, um alles nötige einzukaufen. Could improve: Das eine Waschbecken im Bad ist für sehr große Menschen, für uns war es etwas zu hoch angebracht.

Nice staff (Daniela was great) and decent food. Could improve: somewhat hidden - have transport arranged and make sure the driver waits on the correct airport. (we arrived in Arusha, out driver waited at JRO). But everything worked out in the end
