The rooms are huge. The food selection is decent; one evening we had a special dinner by the pool, and the grilled meats, fish, and chicken were excellent. Many drinks and cocktails are free throughout the day, except for a few premium alcoholic beverages, as part of the all-inclusive package. Most importantly, they didn't extend the check-out time but allowed us to use the entire facility, and we were able to shower in the same conditions as in our room upon departure. Could improve: In this part of Zanzibar, during the season we visited, the sea receded about 1.5 km in the mornings and returned around 2:30-3:00 PM, and it was a bit choppy. Almost all the rooms are located in a high area far from the sea and pool, requiring you to climb a long flight of stairs.
