Spacious, clean. Could improve: Attention to detail not always there, for example, missing tiles in swimming pool , iron board broken, iron leaking water.

Everything about Urban city blue Daresalaam is so amazing, attractive and relaxing.

Most of the staff are friendly and good location Could improve: On the first day I had to wait to check into the room I booked, this room on the first floor ended up having limited hot water, cigarette buds on the balcony, I had to wait 40 minutes for an iron to get sent to my room. You can also hear the music from the reception area continuously even through the night. I ended up moving again to the third floor where at least there was no no noise. However the bathroom seemed to not have been cleaned properly. It has had a smell and did not drain well. Unfortunately the hotel did not meet my expectations.

The location is fantastic—truly magnificent—and the room is really beautiful; plus, the place is easily accessible to everyone. You can go buy ice cream or visit the supermarket—everything is close by—and since it’s a well-known spot, finding your way back is never a problem. Could improve: if you're counting on an internet connection on your phone during your vacation at this hotel—forget it! The internet connection is horrible The housekeepers open the room door without knocking first; they only pretend to knock once they realize someone is actually inside. This has happened very often since I’ve been here—they just open the door straight away. If you were naked or with someone, that would be really bad. As for breakfast, the food they cook isn't that great. The toilets smell bad, even when they’re clean—I think there’s a problem with the plumbing. Also, the staff are a bit dishonest; they ask a lot of questions and pry into things.
