Villa Andreá

I had such a lovely time at Villa Andreá. The place is right by the beach and not far from Stone Town or the main tourist spots, so it’s super convenient. The host was amazing — really kind, easy to talk to, and helped me with everything I needed. The apartment itself is clean, spacious, and cosy, with a relaxing vibe that makes you feel right at home. Waking up to the sound of the ocean waves every morning was just perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay — I’ll definitely be coming back here next time I’m in Zanzibar!

The hostess was very accommodating and really wonderful. She made sure everything was taken care of, and truly was pride of ownership. Wonderful oceanfront property with a small swimming pool. I hope to return again in the future.

The house is at a very quiet beach surrounded mangrove trees. The house is very comfortable and well equiped. The host is extremely cooperative and helpful. Could improve: Nothing

Our host was friendly and generally available. She checked on us frequently and offered her help. The house and garden are spacious and well-decorated. The kitchen is well-equipped. The location is quiet and secure. Could improve: Lack of privacy to our liking. Someone came almost every day (garden maintenance, pool maintenance, roof maintenance, housekeeping, etc.). Although we were warned by the host that people would be coming during our stay, the fact that they mostly came unannounced was quite disturbing. Far (1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes by car) from the beautiful beaches and most of the activities we participated in. Unfortunately, we had a leak in the kitchen during our stay. The host immediately assumed it was our fault. She then told us she would come by during the day, which she never did. Despite draining the water three or four times during the day, in the evening, the kitchen was once again flooded, and my partner fell with her hands full of plates.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Andrea . The house is cosy and felt like a home away from home. Violeth, our host, was incredibly kind and patient. Even when we arrived later than expected, she stayed in touch and made sure everything went smoothly. Communication was clear and friendly throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend anyone looking for a peaceful and well-hosted stay!

The host was great, very easy to communicate with her and the house felt like being home, with all we needed for a few quiet days resting. The neighborhood is very quiet and having the see just at the end of the garden is really great! Could improve: All was good!
