Vriendelijkheid en bereidwilligheid van het personeel. En als er zich een probleem voordoet dan proberen ze dit met de glimlach op te lossen. Bovendien zijn er rustbedjes onder een rieten afdak, aanwezig waarop je kan ontspannen. Could improve: Het ontbijt en het avondeten was lekker en zeker voldoende, maar jammergenoeg nagenoeg elke dag hetzelfde.

Great experience staying at Villa Rosa! We were booked into the newly completed villa rooms - everything was super clean and well-functioning. The shower was amazing—strong water pressure and nice, hot water. It was the best shower I had in the region. Could improve: The hotel is getting expanded so there's some construction noise during the daytime but all manageable.
