La struttura è molto bella e curata, direttamente sulla spiaggia. Staff sempre gentile e disponibile, al momento di check-in e check-out ti aiutano a portare le valigie. Reception aperta 24/7. Noi avevamo una prenotazione all-inclusive con la quale era possibile accedere a colazione, pranzo e cena tutte a buffet con qualsiasi bevanda inclusa (anche vini e birra). Era inoltre compresa gran parte dei prodotti del bar fino a mezzanotte: qui era possibile ordinare le principali bevande (anche alcoliche) internazionali e locali. Al bar c'è inoltre la possibilità di stuzzicare qualche snack. Forniscono dei teli che è anche possibile cambiare se si sporcano. Lettini in spiaggia e piscina vengono spostati in base alla proprie preferenze dai ragazzi. Le pulizie delle camere sono previste quotidianamente ma è anche possibile richiedere il cartello "do not disturb" se non le si desidera. In struttura sono presenti una safe room con delle cassette di sicurezza e una baggage room dove è possibile lasciare i bagagli in caso di partenze oltre all'orario di check-out: a noi hanno dato la possibilità di lasciare lì i bagagli e usufruire della spiaggia per l'intera giornata senza costi aggiuntivi. Could improve: Cibo italiano, swahili e internazionale complessivamente sempre buono, unica pecca spesso era freddo e questo è un punto da migliorare. Nonostante la prenotazione fosse all inclusive il caffè espresso è sempre a pagamento (1.50€). Materassi un po' duri e camere leggermente antiquate nell'arredo ma la nostra era comunque una bella stanza con anche un mini frigo. Nota importante: qui è ESTREMAMENTE presente il fenomeno delle maree, se cercate una spiaggia dove fare dei bagni belli e lunghi non soggiornate a Kiwengwa o in generale nella costa est. La struttura tuttavia fornisce una piscina mediamente grande, sempre pulita e curata dove fare il bagno è molto piacevole.
