El alojamiento es precioso, limpio, cómodo y todo está cuidado hasta el más mínimo detalle, un lugar tranquilo donde poder relajarte, en el que te hacen sentir especial, todo el personal maravilloso, siempre atentos ayudando en todo y lo más importante siempre con una sonrisa. Especial mención a la comida que fue excelente, platos variados, cocinados al momento y de calidad, estaba todo buenísimo! Todo de 10, de hecho alargamos la estancia porque no queríamos marcharnos, sin duda lo recomendaremos y esperamos volver.

The staff and owner were incredibly welcoming and the hotel itself was so serene and peaceful. It is probably the nicest property I have stayed in after many years of travels in Africa. Izzy in particular was very helpful and made sure everything was perfect during my stay. Could improve: Maybe more choice with the breakfast menu as it was just a little repetitive during my stay, but it was also delicious with fantastic ingredients.

We absolutely loved our stay at Zen! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, warm and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. They were also so helpful with recommendations, from the best local activities to delicious places to eat nearby. Their hospitality truly made our experience in Zanzibar even more special. We had such a wonderful time and would absolutely stay here again. We can’t wait to return to Zanzibar and visit Zen again! ❤️🌴✨ Could improve: we loved everything
