The staff were just fantastic. Very helpful, calm, lovely people. The breakfast is epic and full of the Swahili food I was craving. The location is on quite a big road but the room I had was interior and was very quiet. Easy to get anywhere in the old city. There is ample communal space which I took an international video call for work in, the wifi was good and it was a great place to work. Would definitely come back! Could improve: Kenyatta Rd is fairly big and can be noisy.

The breakfast was great and the location was very good Could improve: The birds from the sea flew into the balcony of the facility and snatched chicken from my plate while I was eating. Rats also came in through a hole in the window and chewed my tote bag and they did not even appologize for it. I also found a wall gecko in the room close to the bathroom door and could not use the washroom, and all they said was that it was not harmful. Although they had mosquito nets attached to the birds, the mosquitoes were everywhere in the facility and bit me so well. The facility also had flies that frustrated me in the afternoon. I left the room after two nights due to the pest infestation and requested a refund, but they refused to give me a refund and my money back for an excursion that did not take place.
